• Our scheduler automatically scans the database each night to see if anything needs to be mailed. If it is an e-mail, it takes care of it automatically. If it is a letter, it creates a To Do task for an administrator to print and mail the next morning.
• We provide reports to let you know how many contacts have come into your database and how many mailings were sent.
